Using emotes during a game or in the lobby has a special place in every gamer’s heart. However, sometimes it can be hard to figure out how to use these emotes, especially in games like Warframe where there are tons of things to do at any given moment. That’s why in this article, I will share everything you need to know about emotes.
To use emotes in Warframe Press and Hold “Q” which will open the gear wheel on your screen. On the right side of the screen, you will find a button prompt to the Warframe Emote Wheel. Hit the button and choose any emotes of your liking from the emote wheel.
For PC users, if you want to change the keybinding from Q to something else, this can be done in the keyboard customisation option in the setting under the name “Item popout”
How to use emotes:
If you go into your Arsenal you will find an emote section. The emotes are just like gear wheel and you can assign emotes to each of the empty slot. To add or remove a emote in the emote wheel, just click on the empty area and a list of available emotes will pop out. You can select whichever emote you like to the selection.
Similarly to remove an emote from the gear wheel just right click on the slot to remove it. By default, there will be some emote already present in the emote wheel but you can customise however you like.
How to use emote prompt in game ?
To use the emote in game, hold the button you use to open the gear wheel. By default it’s “Q” for PC and down on the D-Pad on your Xbox and PS4 controller. The right side of the screen will have button prompt to switch to emote wheel. Hit the button and a similar emote wheel will come just like gear wheel from where you can select your desired emote you will like to use.
